Following an expansion roadmap to meet the growing demands of OEMs and manufacturers, our current capabilities include:
1,200+ channels for electrochemical cell testing
- Current range: 100 A / 300 A per channel. Parallelable up to 3,000 A.
- Voltage range: 0–6 V.
- Impedance measurement (EIS).
50 temperature-controlled test chambers:
- Capacity range: 1 to 1.5 m³.
- Temperature range: -70°C to 180°C.

- Characterisation for electrochemical models (voltage, capacity, temperature, internal resistance, EIS).
- Characterisation for electromechanical models (swelling analysis and force measurements).

Extensive experience running cell tests in accordance with OEM protocols and international standards such as LV124 and IEC 62660, under strict confidentiality and data management requirements compliant with TISAX.
Logistics Management & Recycling
Full logistics management and cell storage, including traceability, transport in compliance with regulations, and end-of-life recycling protocols.
Modules & Battery Packs
High-capacity facilities for module and battery pack testing:
- Cyclers and temperature chambers for battery pack and module testing (up to 1,200 V, 2,400 A, -100 to 40°C, HL6).
- Vibration system in a bunkerised room (payload up to 1,200 kg, force up to 80 kN [200 kN in shock], frequency range: 5–2,500 Hz).
- Abuse testing and calorimetry stations for cells and small modules.
